Tuna mayonnaise is one of the most popular spreads out there, it is so popular it would be impossible that no one knows this dish. Everyone I guess have their own recipe to share but I guess it all boils down to one common denominator which is flaked tuna and mayonnaise.

This spread can be enjoyed with sandwiches, crackers, as a dip or even as a topping to some dishes. If you have a special recipe for this please share below but before that here is my share.

Description

Tuna mayonnaise is one of the most popular spreads out there, it is so popular it would be impossible that no one knows this dish. Everyone I guess have their own recipe to share but I guess it all boils down to one common denominator which is flaked tuna and mayonnaise.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 g can tuna in oil
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp white onion, minced
  • 1/2 tsp white sugar
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain tuna completely then combine it together with the remaining ingredients. Mix well then serve with bread or crackers.

  1. some like to add mashed boiled egg too.. but you got the basic here and the rest is left to your reader’s imagination.. 🙂

    I like to add a bit of minced celery and minced dill pickle to the tuna mixture :).
