Sri Vardhini Sweets near Manyata Tech Park offers premium Andhra and Bengali sweets, fresh jalebi and elegant gift hampers. Premium mithai shop beside Manyata Tech Park with endless sweets, live jalebi outside and hamper boxes perfect for gifting. Hard to leave with just 500 grams.
We came across Sri Vardhini Sweets after an evening stroll near Manyata Tech Park. Dinner had just finished and we were casually walking around when this beautifully lit sweet shop caught my attention. The jalebi stall outside immediately drew me in. Watching the bright orange spirals being fried fresh like classic Indian street food made it impossible to ignore.
I told myself we would come back a couple of days before leaving Bengaluru to buy something to take home. That plan almost became dangerous. My colleagues had already gifted me so many sweets and snacks that I needed an entire suitcase just to bring them back to New Zealand. If I had gone wild in this shop, I might have needed a second one.
Luckily, I showed some restraint and bought a simple 500 gram mixed box filled with different varieties. Even that felt generous.
Sri Vardhini Sweets sits right next to the Manyata Tech Park exit gate in Nagawara, which is usually a busy and crowded area. Stepping inside the shop felt like entering a completely different environment. The space is surprisingly big and spacious, with a modern premium mithai aesthetic. Clean counters, organised displays and bright lighting give it an inviting feel.
This is not the kind of sweet shop where you stand outside on the pavement balancing your plate. They offer indoor dining options, which makes a big difference. You can sit comfortably and enjoy your snack instead of rushing through it.
The staff welcomed us politely and even offered small sweet samples to try as soon as we entered. That small gesture instantly makes you feel looked after.
Sri Vardhini Sweets specialises in Andhra style sweets and Bengali sweets, and the range reflects that focus. Their best sellers include Kesar Rasmalai, Vanilla Rasmalai, Rasagulla, Raj Bhog, Chenna Toast, Cream Sandwich, Pakija and Malai Chop. Seeing all these lined up in the display counter made it hard to decide what to pick.
They also stock classic favourites such as Kaju Katli, Malai Peda, various kova sweets, laddus and burfis. I tried a few kaju and kova based sweets and found them fresh and rich. The Malai Peda stood out for its creamy texture, while the Kaju Katli had that smooth melt in the mouth finish people expect from a good version.
For those who like experimenting, they also offer chocolate fusion sweets. These modern twists sit beside the traditional options, giving customers something a little different without losing the essence of Indian mithai.
The jalebi stall outside deserves its own mention. That was the first thing that caught my attention during our evening walk. Fresh jalebis fried on the spot always create a spectacle. I ordered some and enjoyed them while they were still warm.
They were crisp on the outside and soaked in syrup, as they should be. Yes, they were very sweet, but in that classic jalebi way that feels indulgent rather than overwhelming. Sometimes you just want something unapologetically sugary, and this delivered exactly that.
Beyond sweets, the shop also offers chaats and other savouries. Their chaat counter seems popular with regular customers. I have seen promotions for unlimited pani puri for ₹49, although it is always best to check if the offer is active at the Manyata branch.
This mix of sweets and quick savoury bites makes Sri Vardhini Sweets more than just a takeaway mithai store. You can stop by for a quick snack, enjoy a chaat, then pick up a gift box on your way out.
One thing that impressed me was the variety of packaging options. They offer beautifully designed boxes suitable for gifting relatives or colleagues. You can also buy assorted packs similar to a doughnut box concept, where you get multiple varieties in one package.
This is exactly what I chose. I picked a 500 gram assorted box with burfi, laddu, katli, Mysore Pak and kadam. It allowed me to try different sweets without committing to a large quantity of each. Given the amount of sweets I had already accumulated from my colleagues, this was the most sensible choice.
Sri Vardhini Sweets near Manyata Tech Park delivers both quality and presentation. The sweets taste fresh, the variety is impressive and the shop itself feels modern and welcoming. From traditional Andhra and Bengali specialities to chocolate fusions and live jalebi outside, it covers a wide range of preferences.
If you are in the Nagawara area or working near Manyata Tech Park, this place makes a worthwhile stop. Whether you want a quick jalebi fix, a box of premium mithai for gifting, or simply to explore different Indian sweets, Sri Vardhini Sweets offers plenty to enjoy.

Am smiling at the obvious enjoyment you received at this particular discovery :) ! What a fantastic choice indeed if one had a sweet tooth. I was brought up without such but do appreciate what I can see - and am in total bewilderment that you could restrain yourself to such a small amount to take home however many going-home presents you had already been given! Thanks for sharing the photos . . . I would not mind being there and looking . . . and most probably taking out my purse . . .
It wont take a big dent on the purse too, they are quite affordable and off course delicious but diabetics be warned
