Are you the type of person with a sweet tooth? Well, if that is the case then you will enjoy what we have in store for you today, a visit at New Zealand’s premier retail confectionery store. Yup its it like a Willy Wonka factory in real life. If you are looking for sweets then this is the place to be, their range is quite phenomenal where they offer an extensive local and international product range and a vast range of homemade fudge, what more can you ask for. Whether it’s a PEZ Giant Minion, Limburgse Katjes, Gin Gins Super Strength Ginger or even just a simple Chocolate Rocks, name it they have it.

This place is quite iconic, a must visit when you go to Queenstown. Initially Established in 2004 the original Remarkable Sweet Shop is and was originally nestled in the historic mountain village of Arrowtown. The Queenstown store opened soon after on Beach Street in Queenstown CBD and that the place we visited several weeks ago.

While I don’t have much of a craving for sweets, I do enjoy them once in a while and with more than 1,000 varieties of sweets on offer there is something for everyone. Who got happy though when we visited this place was our daughter, while she is not a child anymore with her good experience on travelling with us, several items on this place definitely brought back a lot of memories for her.
