Serradura is a Macanese dessert made with a simple concoction of whipped cream, condensed milk and crumbled Marie biscuits


  • 16 pcs Marie biscuits
  • 1 cup roasted cashews
  • 250 ml fresh cream, chilled
  • 8 tbsp condensed milk (plus more depending on the sweetness you like)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla


  1. In a food processor or blender place Marie and cashews, grind until it resembles coarse sand. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl whip the cream until soft peaks form, gently fold in the condensed milk.
  3. Prepare 4 tall glass, then fill each glass with crumbs and cream in an alternating manner until the top, chill for 2 days then serve.
