Dried Shrimps and Winter Melon

  • 350g winter melon, sliced
  • 4 tbsp dried shrimps
  • ¼ cup chicken stock
  • 2 shallots, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • fish sauce
  • oil
  1. Sauté garlic and shallot.
  2. Add dried shrimps and fry until crispy.
  3. Add the sliced winter melon, stir fry for 4 minutes
  4. Add chicken stock and fish sauce, simmer for 4 minutes
  5. Season with pepper and serve
