  • 300g pork belly, cubed 1cm x 1 cm
  • 300g pork belly, cubed 1cm x 1 cm
  • 1 bunch string beans, sliced into 2 inch pieces
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • 2 pcs bay leaves
  • ½ small red onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp salted black beans, chopped
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • oil
  1. In a pan, Add pork and stir fry until brown on all sides
  2. Add the onions and garlic until garlic then sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add the string beans and stir fry for 1 minute, then add the soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, black beans and bay leaves.
  4. Cover the pan then simmer for 4 minutes.  Serve with rice.
