Asparagus and Minced Pork Stir Fry

Serves: 4
  • 300 g asparagus, trimmed and sliced
  • 300 g fatty minced pork, 30% fat
  • 1 medium sized red onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp red chilli flakes
  • oil
  1. In a wok add oil and sauté garlic and onion in high heat.
  2. Add pork and chillies and stir fry until cooked and brown.
  3. Add asparagus and stir fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce mix for 1 more minute and season with freshly ground black pepper.
