Bacon Caprese Salad

Serves: 4
  • 250 g fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced into ¼-inch slices
  • 2 vine tomatoes, sliced into ¼-inch slices
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 4 pcs streaky bacon, cooked crispy then crumbled
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  1. Place mozzarella, tomatoes and spinach on a serving platter.
  2. Top with bacon and basil.
  3. Drizzle vinaigrette on top, then season with freshly ground black pepper and salt then serve.
