  1. Prepare your cheese curds
  2. Warm up your gravy.
  3. Deep fry your French fries then remove from oil, drain and let it cool down. You can also double fry the fries if you want to get a crispier texture.
  4. Place French fries in a serving platter, place cheese curds on top then ladle warm gravy over the fries and cheese
  5. Serve immediately.
