Description

Garlic Fried Rice With Leftover Chicken is the kind of weeknight hero that tastes like you planned it, even when you didn’t. Cold rice gets revived in a garlicky, golden oil, eggs add richness, and the leftover roast chicken turns into savory little bites that crisp at the edges. A splash of soy sauce ties everything together, while spring onions and chili crisp bring freshness and heat. It’s fast, comforting, and deeply satisfying the perfect “I have leftovers but want something delicious” dish.
