Description
This hearty, flavor-packed kimbap roll layers Korean-style bulgogi beef and pan-fried luncheon meat (Spam) with a vibrant medley of seasoned spinach, sautéed carrots, and crisp cucumber. The warm rice, lightly seasoned with sesame oil and salt, hugs the fillings inside roasted seaweed for a balanced bite of sweet, salty, and umami. It’s a nostalgic nod to Korean lunch tables, elevated with rich textures and bold flavors, ideal for sharing or savoring solo.
