Description
A bold twist on classic kimbap, this roll pairs golden, crispy chicken strips, think leftover chicken katsu or store-bought tenders, with the bright crunch of pickled yellow radish (danmuji). Wrapped in seasoned rice and roasted seaweed, each bite delivers a satisfying contrast: savory, juicy chicken meets tangy, refreshing radish. Optional cucumber or carrot strips add a fresh snap, while a brush of sesame oil and sprinkle of sesame seeds finish it with aromatic flair. Perfect for lunchboxes, picnics, or a quick comfort-food fix
