Instructions

  1. Prepare your charcoal grill
  2. Season the hamburger patties with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Place the hamburger patties on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  4. While the patties are cooking, grill the bacon until it’s crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. When the hamburger patties are almost done cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and allow it to melt.
  6. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes, until lightly golden.
  7. To assemble the burgers, spread a generous amount of mayonnaise sauce on the bottom half of each bun and BBQ Sauce on the top half of each bun.
  8. Place a cheese-topped hamburger patty on top of the sauce.
  9. Add a strip of crispy bacon on top of each patty.
  10. Finish by placing the top half of the bun on top of the toppings.
  11. Serve immediately and enjoy.
