Ingredients
Units Scale
- 1 packet Shin Ramyun
- 1 2/3 cups water
- 1/3 cup cream
- 1 soft-boiled egg, sliced in half
- 8 pcs medium-sized shelled shrimps
- 1 serving processed cheese squares
- apring onions, chopped to garnish
Instructions
- In a pot, bring 1 2/3 cups of water to a boil. Add the shrimps and allow them to cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimps from the boiling water, drain them, and set them aside.
- In the same pot with the shrimp-infused water, add the Shin Ramyun noodles. Allow them to cook for about 3 minutes or until they become tender, stirring occasionally. The noodles will absorb the delicious shrimp essence as they cook.
- After about 3 minutes, reduce the heat to medium-low and add the cream to the pot. Stir it into the noodles and broth until it’s well combined. Cook for 1 more minute.
- Place noodles together with the soup in a bowl, top it with the cheese immediately so it melts with the residual heat.
- Place the soft-boiled egg halves and the boiled shrimps then garnish with chopped spring onions.
- Serve immediately.
