Cajun Honey Butter Salmon

Cajun Salmon

Cajun Honey Butter Sauce

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Coat both sides of the salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Mix all Cajun Honey Butter Sauce ingredients together.  Set it aside.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin side up. Cook for about 3 minutes to achieve a sear.
  5. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3 minutes until opaque.
  6. Lower the heat and pour half of the sauce over the salmon. Let it heat for a minute.
  7. Pour the remaining sauce over the cooked salmon for a glaze.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley then serve.
