Garlic Butter Steak Bites: Juicy and tender bite-sized pieces of steak cooked to perfection in a delectable garlic butter sauce. Irresistibly flavourful.


Units Scale
  • 600 g sirloin steak, rump steak or rib eye, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • fresh parsley, chopped for garnish


  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  2. Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  3. Place steak bites in the hot skillet and cook undisturbed for 1-2 minutes to develop a sear.
  4. Flip the steak bites and cook for another 2-3 minutes until desired doneness.
  5. In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden.
  6. Drizzle the garlic butter over the cooked steak bites and toss gently to coat.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
