Right away I can tell you I would be choosing the Baked Tahong. We have excellent mussels here in Scotland but usually only done in tomato or white wine sauce, so I love the idea of baking them!
They all look so good but they seem way too substantial to be appetizers except the Manga at Bagoong. I know I would enjoy that. Saw my cherry tomatoes and preserved dried fruit in my blog? That would make ideal appetizers.
