Orange Marmalade Glazed Ham

Trust me when I say that this is the easiest way to prepare ham this Christmas! Orange Marmalade Glazed Ham is a type of Christmas baked ham that is simply glazed with orange marmalade and caramelised during the cooking process.

Ok I will make this really quick I know everyone is busy preparing for the festivities happening soon and if that is the case this recipe is perfect for you, a quick and easy marmalade glazed ham. I did try this last Christmas and I so loved it; the preserved and sweetened orange peel is what made it special so I asked the person who made it, and I was surprised, it was simple as an orange marmalade that you can buy in the supermarket. Like any Christmas Ham it is sweet and savoury but this one has a tangy surprise.

Great recipe! I like that you added the marmalade with mustard. Some people make hams that are way too sweet!

Can’t find this here. Would be great served at one’s Christmas lunch or dinner alongside one roast turkey and a rack of lamb.
