Description
Biscocho or biskotso is a Filipino type of snack usually served with coffee made with twice baked bread coated with butter and sugar.

- 1 pc 8 in x 8 in (22 cm x 22 cm) store bought sponge cake base, cut into 1 inch thick
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup white sugar
Instructions
- Slice the sponge cake in 1/2-inch-long sections. Place the slices and arrange them on the baking sheets.
- Brush each slice with melted butter then sprinkle sugar on top.
- Bake in a 120C oven for 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool.
