Longganisang Hubad is a type of Longganisa that is not shaped as a sausage nor enclosed in a casing, it’s just minced meat seasoned with the usual longganisa seasoning and spices.
- In a large bowl mix together soy sauce, vinegar and annatto powder.
- Add in all the remaining ingredients apart from the oil then mix well.
- In a pan add oil then once it’s hot, add longganisa mixture then cook for 10 to 12 minutes while constantly stirring. Serve.
