Description
Kori Kohi is a drink created by UCC Coffee made with Cold brew ice coffee cubes, warm milk and sweet syrup.

Cold Brew
- 1 cup whole coffee beans, coarsely ground
- 4 cups water
Simple Syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water

- 4 cups warm milk
Instructions
- Prepare cold brew, combine ground coffee beans and water, place in a covered container. Let is steep overnight, strain the coffee using a cheesecloth after 12 hours then place the liquid coffee in ice cube containers. Freeze.
- Prepare simple syrup, in a small saucepan combine sugar and water , bring to a slow boil then mix until sugar is fully dissolved. Let it cool then set it aside.
- Prepare 4 glasses, equally divide and distribute coffee ice cubes on all the glasses, pour a cup of warm milk on each glass then serve with sugar syrup.
Notes
You can adjust the taste by adding more milk or using less iced coffee cubes. I prefer my coffee strong so my ratio is 1:1 for milk and coffee.
