Japanese Egg Tartar Sauce is a Japanese side dish prepared with chopped eggs, pickles, onions and Japanese mayonnaise, a perfect pair for that deep-fried or baked crispy seafood.
- 1/3 cup Kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Karashi/Japanese mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 2 tbsp pickle relish
- chopped parsley, to garnish
- ¼ tsp salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- In a bowl combine all ingredients, mix well then chill before serving.
