Grilled Asparagus with Parmesan is a simple summer dish of asparagus grilled served with a drizzle of olive oil, freshly cracked pepper, and shaved Parmesan
In a large bowl place asparagus then add olive oil, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Toss lightly to coat.
Prepare gas or charcoal grill
Place asparagus on grill then cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Remove asparagus from the grill place it on serving platter, squeeze fresh lemon juice on top then serve with shaved parmesan cheese.
