Description
Raita is an Indian condiment dish usually served with hot curries and kebabs. Usually prepared with yoghurt, cucumber, coriander and cumin, it’s a perfect side for anything hot and spicy.
Ingredients

- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup cucumber, seeded and grated
- 1/4 cup coriander, chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl combine all ingredients, mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
