How To Choose The Right Nespresso Machine

Think about how much time and money you spend on going to the coffee shops several times a day just to get your daily dose of that sweet life-saving caffeine. Owning a Nespresso machine allows you to have it all in the comfort of your home. However, there are now many models to choose from, so it may be difficult to know exactly the right one for you. By answering these few questions, you will have a clearer picture of just what you need.

Which Types of Coffee Do You Enjoy the Most?

There is a Nespresso machine for each type of coffee, so you should decide which one you prefer before buying. There could be many hesitations and questions when trying to decide because, let’s be honest, not all of us are coffee experts. The first thing you will probably have to choose is the Nespresso Vertuo vs Original. The next thing is to decide whether you like lattes, espressos, cappuccinos, or any other type and look up which model fits that type specifically.

How Much Coffee Do You Drink?

The size of your coffee is also what you should take into consideration when picking out the right machine. Some can hold more capsules and some less, so if you need to make more in one go and in a smaller amount of time you should consider buying a bigger one. The bigger ones could use 6 to 13 capsules. The size of the water tank also varies, and there could also be multiple in one machine. Some have the fast heat up option, so you can have your coffee in less than 30 seconds. If you are buying a machine for your office you should consider the larger ones.

How Much Can You Spend on It?

Prices are also a varying factor, so you should decide how much you want to spend on it. You could find medium-sized ones for less than 200$ if you know where to look for them. Try to compare prices to see which is the best place to get your machine. Some of the bigger ones could be quite pricey, so if you have a smaller budget there is no need to overspend, as the smaller ones could be just as good only with fewer options.

How Much Space Can You Clear Out?

Nespresso machines could be quite chunky, so you should consider how much space you could provide for it. As previously mentioned, sometimes the number of options you have depends on the size of the machine. They all look quite stylish, so you don’t have to worry about them looking bulky and ruining the decor of the room. There are sleeker ones that look modern and take up less space, so if you care about that you should look them up.

If you are looking for the convenience of having a steamy cup of coffee whenever you want in less than a minute and without the additional mess of making it by hand, you should consider investing in a machine of your own. If not for the home, it is a great addition to the office space. Most of them look modern and slick and will only add to the modern and luxurious look of your kitchen.

I had never heard of Nespresso until I was shopping with my daughter in London, where she’d just over. And a whole floor at Selfridge’s was dedicated to Nespresso! I was hooked, so as soon as I got back to the states I bought one, which was 2010. I still love it. It makes the best coffee.

  2. Our son has a Nespresso machine and loves it. It wouldn’t surprise me if he bought it just for the way it looks. Wishing you all the best in this new year.

  3. I do enjoy Nespresso coffee – it shows up on occasion in higher end hotel rooms here in the States. Here at room, we have a Saeco espresso machine, but I can see the advantages of having a Nespresso!
