Qingce Stir Fry is a dish from the game Genshin Impact prepared by stir frying Mushroom, Lotus Head, Jueyun Chili and Cabbage in high heat. Its crispy, its spicy and the tingle of chili titillates the tongue.
- 8 pcs dried shiitake mushrooms, rehydrated
- 1/2 head savoy cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup water chestnuts
- 2 pcs sweet red chillies, sliced
- 2 pcs sweet yellow chillies, sliced
- 2 pcs birds eye chillies, finely chopped
- 1 cup prawns
- 1 white onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 thumb sized ginger, grated
- 2 tsp cornstarch, diluted in 2 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- In a wok add oil then sauté garlic, ginger and onions in medium heat.
- Put heat to high then add water chestnuts and shiitake mushrooms, stir fry for two minutes.
- Add savoy cabbage and prawns, stir fry for five minutes.
- Add red chillies, yellow chillies, birds eye chillies, diluted cornstarch, Chinese cooking wine, soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir fry for one more minute.
- Turn heat off then serve.
