This Garlic Mushrooms Cauliflower Skillet is one of the most satisfying vegetable dishes I ever made, prepared just with chunky earthy mushrooms and nutty cauliflower which is loaded with flavours from garlic and butter, if you’re going for meat free day then having this will make it easier if you love meat like me. It’s the satisfaction you get from the mushrooms that feels like eating meat, same thing with cauliflower due to it density add to that the butter emulsified garlic sauce.

So if you are looking to make something really quick for that quick mid-week meal then this is your solution, it’s not just easy to make, ingredients are minimal, what’s important of all is that this addictive dish is very nutritious.
