Mango Jelly Salad is a Filipino Salad dessert prepared with cubed mangoes, mango flavoured agar jelly and nata de coco in a thickened cream and condensed milk sauce.



  • 25g pack Mr Gulaman Mango Flavour
  • 4 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 500 g cubed mangoes, chilled
  • 2 x 340 bottles nata de coco, chilled and drained
  • 250 ml fresh cream, chilled
  • 200 g condensed milk (1/2 of the regular can, if you prefer sweeter just add more)


  1. Prepare Mr Gulaman Mango Flavour according to packet instructions but only use 4 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar. Place in a container then let it set in the refrigerator, once set slice them into cubes.
  2. Using a cold mixing bowl, pour fresh cream and using a hand mixer mix until fully whipped. Gradually add condensed milk then set it aside.
  3. In a large container add the gulaman, mangoes and nata de coco, fold in whipped cream mixture, chill before serving.
