Description
Mango Jelly Salad is a Filipino Salad dessert prepared with cubed mangoes, mango flavoured agar jelly and nata de coco in a thickened cream and condensed milk sauce.
Ingredients
- 25g pack Mr Gulaman Mango Flavour
- 4 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 500 g cubed mangoes, chilled
- 2 x 340 bottles nata de coco, chilled and drained
- 250 ml fresh cream, chilled
- 200 g condensed milk (1/2 of the regular can, if you prefer sweeter just add more)
Instructions
- Prepare Mr Gulaman Mango Flavour according to packet instructions but only use 4 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar. Place in a container then let it set in the refrigerator, once set slice them into cubes.
- Using a cold mixing bowl, pour fresh cream and using a hand mixer mix until fully whipped. Gradually add condensed milk then set it aside.
- In a large container add the gulaman, mangoes and nata de coco, fold in whipped cream mixture, chill before serving.
