Giniling is a Filipino dish of pork mince, carrots, potatoes and green peas cooked in chopped tomatoes and its natural juices.
- In a pot add oil then sauté garlic and onions, once onions are soft add minced pork and mix until brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes, soy sauce, potatoes, carrots and bay leaves. Bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add green peas then simmer for 10 more minutes.
- Add quail eggs, mix then season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
