Description
Cold Noodles with Sesame Sauce, Egg and Cucumbers is dish of rice noodles, thinly sliced scrambled eggs and cucumbers served with roasted sesame dressing.
Ingredients

- 1/2 telegraph cucumber, thinly sliced into match stick
- 250 g thick round rice sticks
- 3 eggs, beaten
- roasted sesame sauce
- oil
Instructions
- Prepare rice noodles according to packet instructions
- In a pan add small amount of oil then cook beaten eggs in batches, it should be crepe thin. Once cooked place in a chopping board and thinly slice the eggs.
- Place all ingredients in a bowl apart from the sesame sauce. Then drizzle some sesame sauce on top then toss. Serve with your favourite barbecue.
