Corporate Bunny Diners (Auckland, New Zealand)
Back in the Philippines catering is quite affordable and easy as there are a lot of small players who do this for a living. Here in Auckland its quite different as there are only few options and some are quite pricey. This is the first time I will be reviewing a catering service and it deserves a good praise, it was awesome and all of my colleagues loved it.
I tried Corporate Bunny Diners on one of our breakfast team meetings, it was the first catering company I used in Auckland and they gave me a good service. In their site they have set menu but they can customize to your need like the one I did. Instead of the Full Set (NZ$18.50 per person) 5 items plus fruit which I think is a lot per person or their Light Option (NZ$18.50 per person) 3 items plus fruit which I think might not be enough, I asked for something in between, I chose four items on their menu plus fruit which they priced (NZ$16.50 per person).
My choices were their Breakfast Burrito filled with Chorizos and Egg; Baby Bagels filled with Cream Cheese, Smoked Salmon, Dill and Capers; Berry Cream French Toast with Maple Syrup & Cinnamon Sugar; Assorted Sweet Danishes and a Fruit Platter. It came to our office still hot and it feels like it was just cooked in a kitchen on another floor.
Burritos was the champion, simple but a really good breakfast, the French Toast was equally as amazing, not too greasy and quite light, the Maple Syrup & Cinnamon Sugar complements really well. Danishes was a mixture of different items filled with either jam, custard, raisins, flaked almonds and chocolate to name some. It was all tasty, all delicious, definitely filling.
Like I said everyone liked it specially the burrito, it was everyone’s favourite. Their price is one of the most competitive out there, definitely a great value for money, I will definitely order from them in the future.
