Description

Fried Galunggong is a dish of Macarel Scan fried and simply seasoned with salt and black pepper, best enjoyed with a vegetable side dish and rice.

  • 20 pcs galunggong / mackerel scad
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your galunggong by seasoning it generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat up your wok then add oil, add enough amount for frying your fish. Once oil is hot gently drop the fish one by one and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Serve.
