Turmeric Fried Fish is simple dish of fried fish infused with turmeric adding a nice colour and subtle flavours but with added health benefits.
- 10 – 12 pcs gutted fish like mackerel or gurnard, scored
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- freshly ground black pepper
- Season fish with salt, pepper and turmeric. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Prepare a wok, add oil for deep frying. Once it hits 180C deep fry fish until its fully cooked and crispy. Serve.
