Pepper Steak

Yes, we watch “The Middle” and we love it, it’s such a nice sitcom where what is portrayed by the characters are similar to real world scenarios.

Pepper Steak may look like a legit Chinese dish but infect its more of a fusion dish as it originated in America in 1948 by the Chinese of course, making it a Chinese American dish. It is a simple dish of beef steak cooked with a mixture of different coloured peppers seasoned with soy sauce and ginger, and like most Chinese dishes velveting and a hot wok is required to nail the perfect texture of this dish.
