- 12 pcs readymade meringue
- 600 g readymade custard, chilled
- 1 punnet blueberry
- 230 g passionfruit pulp
- 12 tbsp ground pistachio
Instructions
- In a plate place 2 tablespoonful of custard
- Place meringue on top
- Drizzle 1 tablespoonful of passionfruit pulp
- Place some blueberries around the plate
- Drizzle ground pistachio over then serve
