Crispy Skin Pan Fried Chicken

The fool proof way to make Crispy Skin Pan Fried Chicken, is proper seasoning, drying out the surface and a really hot pan.

There are many ways to cook chicken but this is the simplest and one of the best ways preparing it, with just proper seasoning of salt, pepper with a touch of vinegar and a hot pan you’re on your way to a great chicken dish. It’s similar to how celebrity chefs do it in TV with their duck breast, a hot pan, small amount of oil and searing it skin side down, it’s a simple delicious treat that is so addictive specially that skin part. I just wish you can order chicken thighs that comes with extra skin 🙂

  • freshly ground black pepper

  1. Love chicken cooked this way! I like to add extra pepper to the skin — nice flavor. 🙂

  2. Oh, like the addition of vinegar. I must play a role in the cooking too? I must say I am not a skin fan but when it is nicely fried is the exception 🙂

  3. Simply delicious! You gotta love that little punch from the vinegar…almost like you were thinking about making adobo but then a much more simple and delicious recipe. Hope 2018 is going well for you!

I love chicken skin, especially when it is crispy, fried or roasted.

No batter? Having been raised in the southern U.S., I’ve never heard of this. Those thighs look so perfectly crispy. Need to give this a try!
