Miso Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 3 pcs (200-250 g each) salmon steaks
  • 1/4 cup red miso
  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp spring onions, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • chopped spring onions to garnish
  • oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl whisk together miso, mirin, vinegar, soy sauce, spring onions, ginger and sesame oil
  2. Coat salmon with the whisked sauce, then let it marinate for an hour.
  3. Drain salmon steak of their marinade then place salmon steak on a baking paper lined baking tray and grill in your oven at 220C for 10 to 15 minutes depending on the thickness of your salmon.
  4. Remove from oven serve with chopped spring onions on top.
