Pork Ribs and Watercress Soup infused with red dates, dried shrimps and Chinese almonds
- In a pot place pork ribs, onion, Chinese red dates, dried shrimps, Chinese almonds, water and salt. Bring to a boil and remove any scum that rises on top. Simmer in low heat for 40 minutes.
- Add the watercress then continue to boil for 20 more minutes, season with fish sauce and ground white pepper then serve while hot.
