Cheese and Bacon scones is a type of savoury scone where it is prepared with loads of cheese and studded bacon.
- Sift together flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
- Using your fingers knead together flour, butter, cheese and bacon, add milk few drops at a time then knead until dough is mixed well.
- Flatten the dough until it’s around 1 inch in thickness. Cut into 12 round pieces then place on a baking paper lined baking tray.
- Brush tops with milk then bake in a 200C pre heated oven for 20 minutes or until it turns light golden brown. Remove from oven then serve while hot.
