Hawaiian Garlic Shrimp Scampi is a shrimp dish marinated in olive oil, fresh chopped garlic and lemon butter drizzled with a garlic lemon butter and caramelized chunks of tasty garlic
- In a bowl combine together flour and the cayenne pepper, add in the shrimp and toss to coat.
- In a pan add the butter and once melted mix in the olive oil, in low heat sauté the garlic until aromatic.
- Add the shrimps together with the white wine, fish sauce, salt and sugar, cook for 5 minutes in high heat while tossing or until shrimps are cooked through.
- Turn heat off then drizzle lemon juice on top and season with a generous amount freshly ground black pepper. Sprinkle toasted garlic on top.
