Today’s recipe is one of those simple ones and we are just calling it Creamy Mushrooms. This dish like the name suggests consists of cream and mushrooms infused with flavours of garlic, thyme, oregano and pepper.

Ingredients
- 400 g farmers brown mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cream
- pinch of dried thyme
- pinch of dried oregano
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet melt butter and cook garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes while constantly mixing.
- Add the cream, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Bring to a boil then simmer for 5 more minutes. Turn heat off then serve.
