7 Aphrodisiac Recipes to serve for your Romantic Evening

Finally to top it all up, ending this dinner with some desserts where chocolates are a main stay as they enable the body to produce serotin which gives you that good feeling and a good doze of theobromine which is considered as a stimulant.

Black Forest Cheesecake 3

Black Forest Cheesecake – With cherries, cream, cheese and chocolates this already gives you a good dose of vitamins, minerals and a lot of sexiness to end that great meal. Just the cherries alone can stimulate pheromone production it also provides potassium which is needed for sexual hormone production. Just the look of them is already seductive, just imagine having some sexy cake fight with this, I will just leave you to your imagination.

Jus Alpukat (Indonesian Avocado Shake) Wide

Jus Alpukat (Indonesian Avocado Shake) – And to top it all off have an ice cold avocado and chocolate shake, avocadoes were already tried and tested by the Aztecs for its aphrodisiac properties. These fruit give a good doze of nutrients for you to survive the night as well as improving your sexual health, nutrients like beta carotene, magnesium potassium and vitamin E. Also since this is served really cold, it will definitely give out those cold goose bumps on that sext dress, served on the end of this meal itโ€™s time for your move to warm up those goose bumps of your other half and start that wonderful night ahead of you.

Hopefully this can serve as a guide on what you will serve that night you are after. My only suggestion is that serve these in a degustation menu way, meaning in small amounts so you and your partner will not be feeling full and serve this with some wine for maximum effect.

    What a terrific idea! We never go out to eat on Valentine’s Day — restaurants are way too crowded, service isn’t that good (because of the crush of people), and menu prices tend to get raised quite a bit. Love your ideas for a menu! Thanks so much.

    Very interesting ideas ๐Ÿ™‚ To the list of aphrodisiacs we can add some valuable products:
    Aloe Vera – in ancient times considered a powerful stimulant;
    Bananas – aphrodisiac properties owes bufotenine in the skin;
    Figs – the ancient Greeks and Romans used them as aphrodisiacs ๐Ÿ™‚
