Ingredients
- 12 large chicken wings
- 1 tbsp Chinese wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- freshly ground black pepper
- salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients apart from the chicken and mix it well, set it aside and this will be your marinade.
- Place chicken in a zip lock bag then pour marinade, distribute it evenly then zip the bag and let it marinate overnight.
- Remove chicken from the bag then place it in skewers, place chicken in the oven and bake for 200C for 20-25 minutes then bring temperature up to 220C and set it to grill mode then cook for 3 more minutes or until the chicken is golden brown in colour.
- Remove from oven then serve while hot.
