Garlic Kale Chips

Kale Chips are crispy baked Kale leaves lightly seasoned with salt and drizzled with olive oil, a very healthy alternative to potato chips and/or corn chips.



  • 1 bunch kale, stems removed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • garlic salt


  1. Place kale in a baking paper lined baking tray.
  2. Drizzle olive oil on to then season it with sea salt.
  3. Place kale in a 175C pre heated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the edges turn slightly brown.
  4. Remove from oven, let it cool to crisp then serve.
