Barbecue Bacon Burgers are grilled burgers served on grilled burger buns with grilled bacon, crispy onions and barbecue sauce. It one of the perfect dishes to serve during summer, all you need is some grill and off you go.
- Season beef mince with salt and pepper. Divide into 4 balls and shape into patties. Grill each patty and cook to your liking, in a few minutes before the patty cooks place cheese on top to let it melt, I recommend until medium rare as it will still cook through once you rest the burger patty.
- Grill bacon rashers until crispy.
- Lightly grill your ciabatta slices, set aside.
- Now add a spoonful of mayonnaise in one slice of bun, and then start placing bacon then the patty and a two tablespoons of crispy onions. Drizzle some barbecue sauce on top, then top it with the other half of the bun. Serve.
