- In a bowl combine the lemon juice, orange juice, honey, garlic, salt and red pepper flakes.
- Slowly add extra virgin olive oil while whisking until it emulsifies. Once it’s thick stir in the coriander then set it aside.
- Season pork loin chops with garlic salt and freshly ground black pepper, cook in a grill for 4-6 minutes on each side or until cooked.
- Place pork in serving platters then pour some vinaigrette over the chops. Serve.
