Grilled Pork Loin Chops with Lemon Viniagrette


Tender Grilled Pork Loin served with tangy lemon vinaigrette, a perfect way to grill meat during the summer season, its light and its fresh.


  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • salt
  • 6 pcs thick cut pork loin chops
  • garlic salt
  • freshly ground black pepper


  1. In a bowl combine the lemon juice, orange juice, honey, garlic, salt and red pepper flakes.
  2. Slowly add extra virgin olive oil while whisking until it emulsifies. Once it’s thick stir in the coriander then set it aside.
  3. Season pork loin chops with garlic salt and freshly ground black pepper, cook in a grill for 4-6 minutes on each side or until cooked.
  4. Place pork in serving platters then pour some vinaigrette over the chops. Serve.
