Tender Grilled Pork Loin served with tangy lemon vinaigrette, a perfect way to grill meat during the summer season, its light and its fresh.
I know is cold up there in the Northern Hemisphere and here is totally a different scenario as summer nearly approaches hence we are grilling some meat today for our dinner. Our choice of meat is this pork loin chops I bought a day before, it was unplanned but because the cut I saw in this supermarket we usually go was really good, I rarely see marbling on cuts like this so I grabbed several trays.
After going home I was thinking what’s the best way to cook this, I thought of frying but that does not do any justice to a nicely marbled meat like this so grilling will be the best option and with all that cut definitely some citrus must be included to cut that greasy taste. The end result was this succulent grilled pork with hints of garlic and refreshing lemony savoury sweet taste.
Pork chops usually don’t look tender and juicy but yours sure do. What a great recipe! I might actually buy some pork chops again. Love the lemon element!
They sure look so very inviting!!!
