Honey Calamansi Iced Tea

Honey Calamansi Iced Tea is a drink made out of tea infused with calamansi and honey then served with lots of ice. It similar to the ice lemon tea but instead of lemons we use calamansi fruit which is more fruity in flavour but still give that good sour bite.

I know it’s so cold here down under while it’s so hot and humid on the opposite side but nothing stopping me to enjoy a bit of sunshine through a drink we used to enjoy in the Philippines, the Honey Calamansi Iced Tea.

Love you photographs Raymund! I’ve never heard of Calamansi. Thanks for the link. I love, love, love teas and I know I would love this one. I can get satsumi here which would probably be a good substitute.
