The first time I had this I can’t believe that there were no flour in it’s ingredients, the eggs and sugar is enough to hold this cookie together. It’s a very addictive cookie specially when you love peanut butter, its nutty, creamy, sweet and the texture is just so moist, chewy with some bits of crunchy pieces, trust me you will easily fall in love with this one.
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- In a bowl combine all ingredients, mix well until smooth in texture.
- Drop a spoonful of the mixture in a baking paper lined baking sheet. Bake in a 180C preheated oven to 8 minutes. At this stage it will be soft it will harden when it cools down.
